コンクリ遺体事件：中国出身の金田容疑者、半生を小説に

　東京都多摩市で昨年１２月、元都庁職員の前島忠夫さん（当時６６歳）の遺体が自宅床下からコンクリート詰めで見つかった事件で、警視庁多摩中央署捜査本部に２０日、死体損壊・遺棄容疑で再逮捕された中国出身の交際相手、金田洋子容疑者（４０）が、自らの半生を著したとみられる小説を自費出版していたことが分かった。自由を得ようとする主人公が、日本男性との「偽装結婚」を足がかりに入国、滞在する経緯を描いている。

　小説のタイトルは「自由の天使」。９４、９６年に上下巻の２冊を、日本語で自費出版した。上下１０００部ずつで、近親者に配布されたほか、書店などでも流通したらしい。帯には「体験小説」とあり、ペンネームは「安娜（アンナ）」。白いワンピース姿で芝生に横たわる金田容疑者の写真が掲載されている。

　小説の主人公は「楊益（ヤンイ）」。中国四川省の貧しい家庭に生まれた。美ぼうと知性を生かして、洋服販売の事業で広東省広州市などを舞台に成功。８９年の天安門事件後、自由を得るため、恋愛関係になった妻子ある日本人の部下と中国で結婚して短期ビザを取得し、日本へ渡る。千葉県で生活するが夫とは同居せず、来日約３カ月で離婚。一方、交際中の国会議員に、国内在留の資格を得るための「偽装結婚」の相手として４０代の男を紹介されるまでを描いている。

　捜査本部の調べでは、金田被告の中国名は「余発玉」で、四川省江津市の出身。高校卒業後、洋服販売の仕事をしながら、広州の夜間大学に３年間通ったが中退した。中国で日本人男性と結婚し、１５年前、短期９０日の観光ビザで入国した。日本では婚姻届は出していない。２年ほど、千葉県内の中華料理店で働いた。９５年に知人の茨城県内の市議の紹介で、地元の市場に勤める２０歳近く離れた４０代半ばの男性と結婚した。この男性とはその後死別している。

　金田容疑者は、前島さんの交際相手。同居していた近藤順一被告（６４）＝詐欺罪で起訴＝とともに、前島さんの口座から現金３４万円を引き出したとして詐欺容疑で逮捕、起訴されていたが、死体損壊・遺棄容疑で２０日に再逮捕された。前島さんや近藤被告に当たる人物は著書には登場していない。

Woman from China held for dumping boyfriend's corpse wrote novel on her life in Japan

A woman from China, under arrest for dumping the body of her boyfriend, which was found covered with concrete under the floor of his Tokyo home, had previously published a novel apparently depicting her own experience of marrying a Japanese man and coming to live here.

Yoko Kaneda, 40, authored her novel, "Jiyu no Tenshi" ("Angel of Freedom"), under the penname, "Anna." She published its first and second volumes in 1994 and 1996 at her own expense. A total of 1,000 copies were printed, some of which were delivered to relatives, while others were sold at book stores.

The heroine of the novel, born to a poor family in Sichuan Province, becomes successful in clothes sales in Guangdong Province. She marries a Japanese man who is already married to a Japanese woman with children, and comes to Japan on a short-term visa. The heroine lives in Chiba Prefecture separately from her husband and splits up with him three months after coming to Japan. She is introduced by a legislator she is dating to another man for a bogus marriage in a bid to gain residency rights.

Kaneda was born in Sichuan Province. After graduating from high school, she attended a night course at university for three years while selling clothes, but she dropped out of university. She married a Japanese man, and came to Japan 15 years ago on a 90-day visa. She never registered her marriage in Japan. She worked at a Chinese restaurant in Chiba Prefecture for two years.

At the introduction of a municipal assembly member in an Ibaraki Prefecture city, Kaneda married a Japanese man in his 40s in 1995. However, he subsequently died.

Kaneda is standing trial for conspiring with Junichi Kondo, 64, to withdraw 340,000 yen from the account of her 66-year-old boyfriend Tadao Maejima, a former Tokyo Metropolitan Government official whose body was found covered with concrete under the floor of his home.

She was slapped Tuesday with a new arrest warrant for damaging and dumping Maejima's body.
