我于2022年8月拿到CSC录取通知书后没多久，东京大学合作教授就反复提醒我要提前找好住宿。先是通过网上国际留学生租房中介，发现大多是公寓，最不理想的是距离东大普遍比较远，虽然交通便利但是也经不起折腾。没办法把困难告诉了合作教授，教授很热心，请实验室里面另一位中国博士代为留意租房信息。也是运气好，刚好现在住的【一户建】上一位租客搬离，立刻联系房东商谈细节，最终顺利入住。半年转瞬即逝，整个过程很愉快，本人9月下旬回国，估计有别的小伙伴也有这方面的需求，现推荐这套房源。其主要优势如下：
1. 交通极其极其极其方便。步行到东大本郷校区仅需7分钟，所以我天天可以回来睡午觉，羡煞实验室所有小伙伴。如果周末出去玩，步行2分钟到地铁春日站，日本的地铁你只要坐上任何一辆地铁，几乎可以实现所有目的地的换乘。距离东京繁华的上野车站（旁边毗邻400多家商店街，著名的アメ横）步行也就15分钟。
2. 房东是日籍华人，气质典雅，是日本著名大手公司总部的退休白领，在日本人脉广泛，谈吐高雅且照顾别人感受，所有事情以理服人、以德服人，待人极为诚恳。尤其是邻居友好，招呼我去用他家的压水井（中国北方农村手压式水井）取水浇花、洒水降暑，忙里偷闲确实快活。
3. 这套房子是房东当年为孩子上学买的，日本典型的一户建，体验感绝对秒杀公寓。我最喜欢的是有个小院子，现在草木葳蕤，青藤绕窗，妥妥的别墅风。室内榻榻米、和式推拉门、和式纸窗。里面洗衣机、空调、微波炉、厨房一应俱全。
4、夜晚极其安静！大大出乎我的意料。后来跟朋友交谈得知，这个区域周围居住的大多是东大教授及家属，人口素质高，晚上不闹腾。
有需要的小伙伴抓紧了，可以9月下旬入住；在日本租房子手续繁琐、严谨，需要提前沟通。

目的为互相帮助、共同发展，为日本的和平发展、为祖国特别是首都的建设献出我们的一份力量。

亲戚来旅游在日本东京如何看中国电视

一，日本电视里的中文节目


我最近收到了朋友的留言：马上有亲戚来日本旅游，如何看中国电视？我也正好有兴趣想知道现在日本的普通电视里都有什么中文节目，我就去做了一点功课，希望对您有用，得到您的喜欢。

我最近注意到，由于受到了大气候的影响，在日本的公共放送里能看到的中文节目越来越少了，期待今后能逐渐地多起来，逐渐蚕食铺天盖地的韩剧。


二，在日本看中文电视的方法


除此之外，一般还有以下几种选择。不过请注意，具体的可用选项可能因地区而异，因此最好咨询当地的电视服务提供商或进行在线调查，以了解在您所在的地区可以观看中文节目的最佳方式。

第三届INFOM2023国际森林医学研讨会
The 3rd INFOM International Seminar
& Workshop 2023 in Japan

INFOM will hold its 3rd international seminar in October 2023 in English. This is an original workshop targeted to qualified clinicians to become a certified physician of forest medicine. The INFOM international certificate of completion will be handed to the doctors who complete this course.

This seminar is not just for doctors, but any participants who are interested in Shinrin-Yoku. The INFOM Seminar certificate of completion for non-doctors is also available on a chargeable basis.

Participants who have obtained a certificate at this seminar can conditionally apply to establish an INFOM chapter in their own country.

Doctors, Ayurveda Physicians and Chinese medicine doctors who want to be qualified as INFOM-certified doctors.

¥ 170,000 (Japanese Yen): the following fees are included.
This is the price for a twin room.　Single room or twin room single use will be ¥189,000.

In the case of a doctor who already holds a certificate, the issuance fee will be subtracted from the total cost.

After the contract for the seminar & workshop and forest bathing tour, if the contract is canceled, the following cancellation fee will be charged.
1. Participation for seminar & workshop will start on October 13th.
2. Participation for the forest bathing tour will start on October 15th.
